Top Pick Advertising recently held its first bloggers workshop last November 25, 2015 at the Greensun Hotel. Big brands such as El Real, Goldilocks, La Filipina, My Phone, Walter Bread and Gandour participated during the said event. Hosted by the very entertaining Mr. Archie Zapanta of TV 5, the event was pretty fun and full of goodies.
First workshop was about DIY gift wrapping sponsored by Goldilocks and Artcey Crafts. We were able to know how to create and personalize gifts especially packaging foods. I really like how the speaker made the cake box more pleasing and gift worthy. Loved the recycled details she used for that box. Next segment was by El Real Pasta, where they did a cooking demo. A pasta made with mallungay and carrot bits, who says eating pasta can't be that healthy? Chef Carol made us shrimp with sundried tomato pesto pasta with the help of another blogger as her assistant. The finish product was really delicious! They even have a dancing contest in the tune of El Real jingle by Ryzza Mae which was very fun.
La Filipina also had my interest especially when their Mascot arrived, Lea Luncheon Meat. She was pretty amazing when she had her dance segment. Ms. Danica Co also had a short brand talk about their products. Trivia: Did you know that eating pork is healthier than eating beef? Why? Because pork are easier to digest than beef. Try their corned pork! it is really good! They have it in various flavors such as, corned bacon, corned tocino, ham luncheon meat and pork luncheon meat.
MyPhone also had a short brand talk, they even raffled a very nice phone to one of the lucky attendees! They have a special promo right now, buy a MyPhone cellphone and you can get a nice commemorative watch as freebie. Visit their branch or kiosk in any leading malls.

Every Christmas season, we really tend to make it special not just for us but most especially to our loved ones. And how do really say that Christmas will be great this year? It is by owning it of course. We should own our Christmas by doing simple things such as personalizing gifts, cooking special menu on Christmas day and of course being healthy!
